PRIVACY POLICY
At Felicia's Bridal customer privacy and protection are
high priorities. We never require any personal information
from you unless you place an order with us. When you place
an order we will require information for the purposes of
shipping and billing only. Your information is retained
to complete your order and kept for our records. Felicia's
Bridal does not and will not sell or exchange any of your
personal information. All credit card transactions are secure
and strictly confidential.
We have been in business over 15 years and are dedicated
to making your transactions with our company a pleasant

SECURITY INFORMATION
When you place an order at Felicia's Bridal, you can be
assured that the payment information you are providing will
only be viewed by those with the proper authorization. This
is possible through the use of Secure Socket Layers, or
SSL.
Your order and payment information is transmitted on a
secure "layer", shown by the letters "https"
at the beginning of the Web site URL when you arrive at
the ordering page. If you are using Netscape or Microsoft
compatible browsers, you will notice an unbroken key or
lock at the bottom. The use of the SSL will scramble (encrypt)
the information sent from your computer to our server.
When we retrieve your order, we have the authority to de-scramble
(decrypt) your order and payment information. Online shopping
is convenient, easy and secure.

To ensure the highest possible quality, all our products
are fully inspected before shipping.
At Felicia's Bridal we want our customers to be completely
satisfied with their purchase, therefore if you are not
completely satisfied with an item just return it and we
will furnish you with a refund as long as the following
conditions are met:
Item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
Item must be returned in saleable condition in its original packaging as received
Item cannot be opened or used and must be returned in the same condition it left our store.
You must follow our return procedure and have an RA number
for all returned items. You must enclose a copy of the original
email order confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE:
For our protection, determination of items returned in
a "saleable condition" is at the sole discretion
of Felicia's Bridal. Merchandise not returned in saleable
condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's
expense.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from return
shipment by the customer. Please make sure the return package
is insured.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
No refund will be given for items that do not meet our
Return Conditions.
Damaged Items
We inspect each item before it is shipped out. If any item
is damaged in shipping, we will provide you with a refund
or replace the damaged item. You must comply with the following
in order to receive your damaged item refund.
The damaged item must be returned within 30 days of the
purchase date.
You must follow our return procedure and have an RA number
for all returned items.
You must enclose a copy of the original email order confirmation.
No refunds or replacements will be given for items that
have been damaged as a result of customer misuse or neglect.
Return Procedure
In order to receive a refund or a replacement you must
follow our return procedure.
You must request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
You must clearly mark the return package with that RA
number.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Please return all items via UPS, Fed Ex or insured U.S.
Postal Service mail.
Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Once we receive the returned item and deem it in "saleable
condition" your credit card will be credited the
cost of the item.
In the case of a replacement, we will send the new item
out once we receive the damaged item.

Obtaining a Return Authorization Number:
Please send us an email to: info@feliciasbridal.com
Include in the email:
Name, Order Number, Date of Purchase, Email Address, Item(s)
being returned, reason item(s) are being returned, and any
other pertinent information.
Once we receive your email we will review your request and
email you your RA number.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We only ship to the continental United States, Alaska,
Hawaii.
All our items are shipped using the US Postal Service or
UPS Ground transport.
Items, not on backorder or out of stock, are shipped within
3 business days of receiving the order. Total processing
and delivery times usually run 6 - 14 days with the exception
of engraved items which will run 7 - 14 days longer.
Shipping Charges are added to your order based on the dollar
amount you spend. The shipping rates are calculated by our
shopping cart and added to your order. They will appear
on the shopping cart before you confirm your order.

If you need an item or items within 3 - 4 days, please
contact us and order by phone using your Credit Card. This
will ensure the availability of the item(s) and the priority
in which you need to receive it. Additional shipping fees
may be added based on when and where the items need to be
shipped.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card payment is required for all online orders.
We accept VISA - MASTERCARD - AMERICAN EXPRESS - DISCOVER
CARD.
If you wish to pay with a CHECK or MONEY ORDER please contact
us and place your order over the phone. When your Check
or Money Order arrives in the mail you will be notified
that we received your payment. All Checks must clear the
bank (regularly 7-10 business days) before items can be
shipped. Once we receive the Money Order or the Check clears
your items will shipped immediately.
We DO NOT accept any C.O.D. orders. All orders are charged
in U.S. Dollars.
Secure Online Credit Card Payment Information
All Credit Card orders are invoiced offline and will only
be charged if all the items are in stock. If an item is
backordered or out of stock, your Credit Card will not be
charged until all the items are ready for shipping. It is
rare that we will not have an item in stock, but when this
happens we will inform you of the problem and give you the
updated shipping schedule.
Credit Cards are charged prior to your order being shipped.
We will also charge your Credit Card in advance for engraved
items, even though they will not be shipped until the engraving
has been completed. This is done for our protection since
we cannot sell an item once it has been personalized with
your information.
